The basic situation with this Drug House is somethink like this. Ben is the owner and it seems that this house belongs to his dad and that is shown by the deed. It appears as if Ben pays the bills, taxes and things like that. This house may be paid for and only taxes may be the only bill for Ben besides, maybe electricity and water. Ben has repeatedly said that all the people who go in an out of this house don't belong there. He responds to those who may ask him, including the sheriffs, that he doesen't know any of the people who come in and out. Ben has also stated that he wishes someone would get these people out of his house. It may be that some how Ben doesen't have it in him to kick this people out for what ever reason. The Sheriff belives that those people who come in and out give Ben drugs to let them stay there or to be allow to crash there. I personally have heard Ben kicking various of his guest out in the middle of the night only to see the same people back the next day. The clear patern is that countles people come in and stay there but many of them come in for a while and leave as if only stoping there to purchase drugs. We may assume that Ben is not selling drugs as he collects cans and begs for money in the area. It could be that Ben is the smartest drug seller or a waste of a man who is used by drug dealers and use his houe to sell. What ever the thing may be drugs and drugs users walk in and out of our neighborhood and that is a clear problem.
